Since our inception, we have developed over 70 operations, spanning 12 commodities across five countries. Our operating model is bespoke to the opportunities that present themselves. From mine development, to investing in businesses, to managing entities, we have focused and grown in challenging environments. We have expertise in core as well as reverse circulation drilling. With more than a decade’s experience in dealing with a variety of geological situations, we have developed specialised drilling methods to provide maximum core and sample recovery. Our fleet of 30 rigs gives us an unparalleled drilling capacity.

Project Execution
We have expertise in design, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning mineral processing facilities across bulk commodities. We optimize costs at an early stage with strong relationships with equipment suppliers.

Engineering Procurement Construction
We have broad-based capabilities in mine development and operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, screening, crushing, beneficiation, haul road management and dump management. These are underpinned by a thought-through approach on environmental measures, quality management, safety practices and community approach.

Development and Operations
Our mineral processing capabilities spread across iron ore, coal, gold, and barytes. These include both dry and wet beneficiation. We manufacture downstream sponge iron and iron ore pellets. We have developed in-depth knowledge on varying ore characteristics and metallurgy and the applicable downstream mineral processing.

Mineral Processing
Our equipment rebuild facility at TRC, Tatanagar is unrivalled. The only such facility in India, it has rebuilt over 1000 pieces of HEMM equipment across major manufacturers, including Caterpillar, Hitachi and Belaz to name a few. Underpinned by robust and thorough testing facilities, an ecosystem of reliable and quality conscious parts and equipment suppliers; over numerous man hours we have built an in-depth core competency of refurbishing used equipment reliably and quickly.

Equipment Refurbishment
We own and operate multiple modes of material movement, including road, slurry pipelines, barges, and conveyors of transports. Our fleet includes 500+ trucks, a 230 km underground slurry pipeline, numerous barges, and several kilometres of conveyors.

Logistics
Since 2011, Thriveni has been involved in commodity trading through its subsidiary company, Thriveni Resomin Pte Limited, Singapore with the strategic trading partner Soijitz Corporation. We specialize in different products, including mining machinery parts, pellets, iron ore, minerals and coal.
