Challenge
To enable locals to reach their full potential, by upgrading their skillsets.
Solution
We designed and launched Project Sarathi which enables the skill upgradation of security guards to LMV and HMV operators through rigorous professional, practical and simulator training.
The first batch of 18 MTLL guards enthusiastically joined the training for their skill upgradation. We aim to roll out one batch every month.
Benefit
This project has enabled many to take the next step in their careers, giving them the opportunity to upskill and upgrade their professional attributes.
