Segregation of Low-Grade and High-Grade Material

What we do > Cutting Carbon > Segregation of low-grade and high-grade material

We were the first company in India to segregate low and high-grade iron ore material before crushing. We used a static grizzly which saved a large amount of water, and reduced pollution.

The competition would make a lump of ore and then grind it for beneficiation. We were the first to use the water jig with separate zero discharge to reduce wastage of iron ore and water usage. We were also the first to use coir mats on the slopes of the hills, to reduce erosion, after speaking with the Kerala Coir Department.

We use environmental monitoring methods to understand the condition of the environment in which we work, so that the position and design of the plan can be created accordingly.
