Subsidiaries

  • Incorporated as a public limited company in 2006, with the intention of benefiting employees by offering equity shares to them, this company is engaged in hiring equipments to TEMPL.

  • Engaged in trading of M-sand, Plastic and Aggregate in for Aggregate operations in Hosur & Perindesam.

  • Incorporated to provide logistics support to end customer by maintaining dedicated fleet of vehicles.

  • A domestic subsidiary of TEMPL which undertakes contracts for ore raising, processing, transportation, etc.

  • It is a subsidiary company of Thriveni which has been formed for Pre mining services & exploration work. Thriveni has 60% of share and Geovale has 40% in this Company.

  • An Indonesian mining services company engaged in mineral & coal trading.

  • An Indonesian Company holding a coal concession on a leased mining area of 3700 hectares.

  • An off shore company formed in the RAK Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) in Dubai. This wholly owned subsidiary of TEMPL has been formed for coal trading and coal mine acquisition around the world.

  • This Mozambique based subsidiary completed a 0.3 million cubic meter ballast project along with another Indian company for the rehabilitation of the Sena Railway Line project. The involvement in the ballast project in Mutarara Dist. of Tete province has enabled us to gain in-depth knowledge of the area, infrastructure and manpower resources, thus giving us invaluable insight into the local terrain.
