Job Description
1. To Design, Development, 3D Modeling, Simulation, Analysis, Detailing, Documentation of Mining equipment & spares.(Includes design of structural heavy metal, sheet metal, gear box, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical logic & reverse engineering.)
2. Preparation of BOM, checking of design document, preparation of BOQ for tendering & release of DAP.
3. To prepare the project report & obtain MHI for grant approval. Execute Hydraulic Excavator project successfully. Patent draft preparation and filing,
4. Preparation of technical specification for tendering, checking of NIT
5. Scrutiny of purchase/inquiry file, commercial suitability of file & processing the TCC recommendations for approval for order placement.
Responsibilities
1. To check the Feasibility & to provide solutions for marketing inquiry as well as tender & order booking.
2. Attend shop problems & provide solutions to deviations, visited site for technical guidance and coordination with site team for project completion.
3. To lead the project, design & manufacture the new prototype in coordination with Institute & vendors.
4. Follow/ Implement DGMS safety norms, ISO/TC 127 and update the document as per ISO in the Mining department.
5. Monitoring and processing of drawing submission, its approval and billing of Drawings to consultant/customer.
6. Coordination of Project team for execution of EPC projects, Preparation of MIS documents for review as well as follow ups to complete the project in time.
Requirements:
Skills Required: CAD software โ CATIA, Solid Edge, AutoCAD & ZWCAD and Analysis Software โ ANSYS Workbench and MS Office
