To provide better employment opportunities to semi-skilled workers who have the aptitude to take on further responsibilities, thus increasing their standard of living.
Solution
Thriveni has set up an academy for simulator-based training for large mining equipment. We own some of the most advanced and expensive simulators in the world.
This training institute is recognised by the Skill Development Council of India. It provides operators with a proper process-oriented, globally certified and safe environment to learn and practise their skills. The training is rigorous, meets international standards and ensures continuous assessment of the trainees. It is an affiliated training centre for SCMS under the National Skill Development Corporation of the Government of India.
Benefit
Through this initiative, these people, once unskilled and unemployable, now operate some of the largest mining machines available in the world.
