Job Description
1. Officer-Procurement Common Spares is responsible to support procurement and sourcing.
2. This role will also have job responsibilities associated with Supplier Management, Material Acquisition, Business Process
Re-Engineering and Procurement Tool deployments.
3. The incumbent should also facilitate communication between supplier and material planning team to meet on-time delivery,
and to resolve unexpected demand, shortage, or other order changes.
Responsibilities
1. Stock Verification
2. Enquiry of the stock with various vendors
3. Price comparison
4. Raise PO in SAP
5. Vendor follow-up and negotiation
6. Support Vendor audit/qualification and periodic assessment procedures.
7. Monitor Vendor quality, pricing and delivery issues, and maintain Vendor performance record.
8. Advance payment follow-up
9. Report generation
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Software Knowledge – SAP MM, MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
