The Prevailing approach in the dispatch system had limitations. Quick Dispatch system was introduced to maximize the production and efficiency, while increasing safety and control.
After the tippers were loaded with the ore materials, it was noticed that the tippers carried underweight material as opposed to the permissible limit. In this case, the billing was done only to the material loaded which decreased the efficiency of dispatch. There were times when the vehicle had to proceed with the underweight capacity and another tipper had to be used to compensate for the vehicles loaded with under the weight capacity. If the Tripper was loaded more than the permissible limit, the Vehicle had to go back to the loading point and unload the excess material. Due to this, many vehicles were moving to and fro the loading point which resulted in minor accidents.
Thriveni has always believed in its ability to confront the challenge centers on the productivity. Thrivenis’ In-house Engineer Developed the Concept of Quick Dispatch System. With the help of this system, the extra tippers used to compensate the underweight tippers, were completely avoided. The Exact weighment was done at the loading point and the challan was issued immediately. Loading of materials beyond the permissible limit was also eliminated by this system.
